Quick question.. I'm a FSW-O (USA) applicant. I just got an email from "IRCC.CPCO-FinalRequest-CTDO-DemandeFinale.IRCC@cic.gc.ca" with the subject "Ready For Visa" and asking me to send my passport , two photos and Annex A to

Is this legit? If I log into my cic dashboard, my application still shows "your application is in progress....."

Anyone else here that can confirm that this is legit?

Any particular reasons why the application still says "we're processing..."? Is there a lag between these things?

That particular status only gets updated 'upon endorsing of the visa/COPR'- the timeline varies depending on your Visa Office, Ottawa in this particular case.

How do I know that I didn't miss that email in spam? A friend told me recently that she got the email in spam. Will it be under messages section of the application?

Check your spam then- as simple as that. It won’t be under the messages section generally, however some have reported that too.

I unfortunately clear out my spam without verification. I was not expecting any legit emails in spam. This is scary.
Is there any online portal or customer service email I can reach out to check if they sent me any message?

Call them or email to ask then- let’s hope for the best.
