PPR - email is good enough or should wait for hard copy?

Dear All,

I guess now a days CIC is sending most of the information via e-mail. I received PR thru e-mail, should I wait for a hard copy to be mailed or e-mail is good enough which I can show at port-of-entry and at canadian consulate?
Also, as my correspondance is in India, does CIC send any copies to my address?

nope they wont mail u anything... the email should have all info you need to submit ur ppt. Just follow the instructions given. Upon receiving ppt they will print a visa , confirmation of PR and mail those back for you to do the landing.

Note some VO will allow u to go in person and collect visa in person, but u need to follow the instructions for the VO who finalized ur case (whom ever had it last)

I got an email from Buffallo VO, they have provided instructions to submit personally as well. I will be travelling next week with my family to US for the stamping and also planning to do landing. I will stay there for couple of days and come back after 3 months to stay permanantly.

So did you fly to US in order to get the stamping at Buffalo? There is no other way to do this from India?

I go the email as well , waiting for collect the passport from my lawyers on monday
