PPR Confusion

I've recently got my PPR and I'm somewhat confused as to where/what to send to the government.

I'm a British Citizen, currently in Canada with eTA / working on a closed WP via BCPNP. I have my home residential mailing address in the UK and a mailing address in CA...

So if I was in England, I would be able to send my passport photocopy and other bits n pieces to the London office as normal...
However being in Canada, can I send the same photocopied package to Ottawa? - or do I need to send my physcial passport?
Or, is it better to courier my documents back to London from Canada?

Thank you in advanced for your help

Did you list Canada or England as your country of residence in your application? Did PPR come from Ottawa office

Get in touch with them, explain you are in Canada now and want to submit documents here. Once they confirm, send your photocopies to Ottawa.
No need to send your physical passport.
