Nothing will happen provided your wife plans to land in Canada before the baby is born.

No the baby will be born outside Canada first and together we move back to Canada. That is my worry point

In that case assuming you were either born in Canada or obtain citizenship through naturalization - your baby will be Canadian as well. If your wife is from a visa non-exempt country, you will need to apply for proof of citizenship before you'll be able to bring your new baby to Canada. This process can only be started after the baby is born and can take several months. Your wife should notify her visa office that she has had a baby after it's born. However the baby does not need to be added to the visa since he/she will already be a Canadian citizen.

Mail my updated pregnant situation to consulate general of Canada already. Still no response after three weeks. E mail them and ask my present situation. Worry about my application status
