PPR but not updated online

Hi Guys,

So i was hopping to get some feedback, i received my PPR on my email but online it still says processing. i was a little reluctant thinking maybe its a scam. but the email has my Application number and UCI number. was hoping to get better feedback. has anyone seen something like this ?

FYI - its from the Abu dhabi visa office.

So just send in your passport.
