PPR Awaited after Correspondence Letter

Hi,
I have a similar case. I received correspondence letter on July 2nd but haven't received PPR yet. Below is my timeline:
Application : Online Sds
Applied on: June 13, 2019
Biometric on: June 18, 2019
Medicals updated: June 27, 2019
Correspondence Letter: July 2nd, 2019
Still awaiting decision.
I'm really worried and stressed. Anyone having similar case? Is it a negative sign? My file is being processed at Edmonton CPC as that's the address mentioned on my correspondence.

I'm dying slowly because I don't know my visa status. I received my passport at the embassy but no stamp on it. There's a slip in it which confirms that my biometrics was approved and another short note directing me to my email for more important information but I've not gotten any message in my email.
Can someone explain what it means??

Applied online on 5th july with biometric
Correspondence letter on 15th july
No further update

Did you link your Application on the CIC website? Thats where you'll get the quicker response...

You can reapply anytime you want otherwise stated in the refusal letter

You recieved your passport back with no Visa in it. It means your application was refused.
