PPR and how to complete in Korea

Hi everyone,

We got PPR a couple days ago and in the email it gives some instructions on where to send our final documents. Koreans are visa exempt so it requests a copy of the passport, two passport pictures and a completed form. It then asks us to send them to a visa service centre in Seoul that is not a part of the Canadian embassy, like they've outsourced to another company. Before I send our stuff to them I want to verify its correct because some others on a FB group said everything should go to Manila. This is a dumb question but I need reassurance. Haha thanks!

There is a Service listed:

You should follow the instructions in your email. That is the most efficient way to ensure your file is processed on the best timeline.
The procedure may have changed recently compared to what others have been instructed to do in the past.
