hi!
I paid for RPRF on 15th of Oct and CIC requested Schedual A after few days later...
They requested for Schedual A 2 times..
one was on 23rd of Sep and the the other one was on 20th of Oct... both of them was Schedual A..
and now I am waiting for DM and PPR!!
Do you know why they request Schedual A 2 times? and what does Schedual A for?
I have 8 lines on ECAS so far... it is too much...
They wanted my Celpip report, Schedual A, RPRF and Schedual A again...
It's very hard to wait...

It's better to rely on the AOR date than RPRF date.

The trending shows it

No news yet for me too

Iwas requested to pay RPRF too Oct 29, BUT when I submitted my application the payment for my RPRF was included.confused, and sinced then no update.but for some people after days they received DM or PPR.I was thinking it depends to the VO

A schedule 'A' is normally requested to all candidates who have answered 'Yes' to either one or more statutory questions.
Not sure why they requested twice from you. Must be some error at their side.

Usually updates happen on Tuesday is what they mentioned on their website somewhere but we have got updates on weekends too. We have not been asked to submit a copy of our IELTS yet. Is it something to be concerned about? Where do we get to see ECAs how many lines?

We received our RPRF on Friday, and so far all of our updates happened on Fridays.
August Applicants - lots of request from CIC in the meantime. Schedule A (from the age of 18!!) was requested from the principal applicant and spouse (myself) as well. RPRF is the most recent one.

Nope, nothing to be concerned about. It always varies.
ECAS: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app= (down at the moment).

it took me exactly 3 weeks to receive PPR after RPRF. I think for people who are done with Canadian police clearance, the wait time between RPRF and PPR is usually shorter.

This is exactly my case. I had my police clearance done way before.
As for my RPRF payment, it was made on Nov 11 so I am waiting for
my PPR.

" 1. We received your application for permanent residence on April 7, 2015.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on July 14, 2015.
3 .We started processing your application on July 14, 2015.
4. We sent you medical instructions on September 17, 2015. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
5. Medical results have been received.
6. RPRF paid on Nov 11 2015"

Here is my case, but my lawer keeps telling me, from this point on it will take me 6 months or so, so I should no way be in rush.

You can either choose to pay it upfront along with your application or just pay the application fee and wait for CIC to request the RPRF payment.
