I applied for TRV Canada on 24th Nov 2014 thru VFS and received confirmation that file under processed on 25th Nov 2014, Just now got update on tacking, passport dispatched from CVO to CVA Hyderabad.

total of 6working days. IS 6 working days average time, long time ya too early time in term of processing?

When you received the update? My parents applied for TRV from VFS Chennai on 24th Nov but still no updates.

I applied on 24th Nov 2014 Thru VFS Hyderabad, file sent to CHC Bangalore.
Today afternoon got update " Passport has been couriered from the Canada Visa Application Centre, on 02/12/2014 vide courier partner. To track the status of the shipment, please visit courier partner website. "

VFS Global, in India, uses the services of Blue Dart Courier. You'll probably get your passport by 12.30 pm tomorrow

Hi Viswa,

The email notification from the Canada Visa Office provides a Tracking Number which links back to the VFS Global website (which does not give typical courier delivery statements like "Out for delivery" etc)

The passport delivery cannot be tracked on Blue Dart Courier website because no courier docket number is provided.

All this is not such a big deal..... passports are normally delivered the next day (after its despatched) unless there are holidays for courier like Diwali.
