Beleive a large influxion of cash had been already announced. The majority will be going to run the irregular border crossing because this was nature and not a border crossing with infrastructure border agents. I am hoping that the money at least goes to processing applicants who are economic immigrants and not true asylum seekers. Even if processig is faster you are looking a month or less faster.

Update, obviously there is nothing called FIFO. it's something to talk about it not really to follow.
I know ppl applied last month and got a hearing date next August in Toronto while I'm waiting for hearing since February 2017.
It's totally unfair and so much lies involved in the hearing matter.

I will update you, also, I know another guy has hearing this month, never been postponed before! I think he will have it on time.
one year ago, in the last year's june. I had convinced my self for a two years of wait. But luckily it took only one year.

I have a question, I've submitted my BOC and forms on March this year and they gave a date of hearing on July, 2018. After two months I've received a mail that my hearing has been postponed due to administrative reasons. My question, Is the month of time processing for my case start from March that I've applied for refugee claim or it will be starting after receiving postponed?
If anyone has any idea about administrative reasons that how long it takes please do share.. I am from Afghanistan.

I have already submitted all evidences along with BOC & forms. Nevertheless, I can still submit any new evidences that may applicable & related to my case, before 10 days from my hearing date.
You can gather any evidence documents and submit through your lawyer.

Brother, It's all about wait & patience. I don't think if any thing is in process until you get an hearing date. Keep your self busy. wish u get the hearing date as soonest.
Hi survival good news after one year you survived so happy for you mine postponed in last year may i applied in april my hearing was soppsed to be in june last year since then nothing yet anyway best of luck for your hearing and hoping for your positive outcome please let us know what happened on your hearing day after becoming protected person and everyone please pray for each other so they can have there hearing as well specially for sameer who started this forum all the best to all of you
