My case is kind of special. All claimants with a US citizen in their case must go to a hearing. Even if they are from a country that does not require a hearing.

I was wondering if I marry with canadian citizen while im waiting the court date to come, would it help or help my process to be faster? Because its been 1 year ive been waiting to get a new hearing date and no news yet. So my question is what happens if I marry with my girlfriend? Will I get citizen faster?

You can always call them to ask about your case. They can tell you about the general wait time

nothing more than the telephone. same people at the counter answer the phones.

There is no point you will just get a general answer. You'll just have to be patient especially since you haven't been waiting very long.
