Take it easy man. You should ask if there is anyone who did not get hearing from those applicants! This thread is a place that we can share many things beside your question.

Ppl messaging me, a lot of them still waiting (pure justice). ppl are losing the interest in sharing their timelines publicly after 2 years of waiting. There are more threads for other subjects. Please keep it helpful for ppl in limbo.

They are part of the legacy cases. They are tackling legacy cases specifically and have cleared many cases so they should hopefully hear soon.

I think legacy files are those before Dec. 15, 2012, right?

I met a person yesterday who received hearing date after 3 years.. i know two families who made claim in November 2017 and other in December 2017... the December one got there hearing date.. they have hearing in may 2019

I know 5 people they already had hearings in nov 2018 and dec 2018, 1 of them came in Nov 2017 and 4 came in Oct 2017.
