Postgrad certificate in accounting

Dear all

I have a BBA from a university and thinking of applying for this 8 month post grad certificate program at one of the big universities.

1. If the program is for 8 months, how long would the visa be granted for.
2. Can you see any reason why the visa can be rejected. (Bachelors to postgraduate certificate)
3. Can I apply for express entry or work permit after this program.
