I recently received a permanent offer from a software company located in montreal, as a software engineer. (small to medium size)
I wonder what would be the quickest way for me to start working for the new employer?
* PR via express entry
* Open work permit (I noted this option seems unavailable for postdoc. Just want to hear some comments about it)
* Closed work permit with LMIA and job validation. (How hard is it LMIA? What kind of companies tend to fail?)
Do work permit (open or closed) require IELTs?
