I was tempted to do it but I read online that some lawyers did not recommend sending web forms as it could frustrate the employees processing the visa requests and in the end could create extra delays. I saw on youtube videos that some people who applied end of october were getting answers now so I was going to wait at least an extra month before submitting a web form
