post-secondary equality to canada

last 10 days i've been searching lot which make me annoying too much

i figure it out that :

but not mentioned how many times
my query is :
option of two or more certificate in express entry can adapted with which of those?
certificate less than 1 year (for post-graduate certificate) for example 6 months but 2 certificates or combination of multi technical and vocational certificate[total time 1 year for example] can be accepted ?
i want to get this fro outside of canada but i don't know for this certificate or degree [for extra points] how many months is accepted ? please help

if in canada post-secondary is 1 year in other country should be 1 year or can be continuely or combination or based on hours : for example 400 hours is mean 4 month 600 means 6 months and etc....

if i simplify my talking here just we have one vocational training + higher education program (short period 6 months)
i want to know does that 6 months assess for extra points or need 2 of that 6 months or combination of that plus vocational certificate can be enough
