Hi,

I received a PPR via email two days ago. Family information table is given in the email body itself (no Appendix B attachments).

Since copy of email letter is required with the passports, how should I fill this table ?
1- Print the email and fill the table manually with a pen?
2- Edit the email, fill the table by typing using computer, and then print the filled email?

Please suggest the right option (1 or 2).
