Am I allowed to travel down to the US with the copy of my CoPR? It states Not Valid for Travel on it, but my PR card will arrive around mid November. I'll be travelling by road. Will appreciate your response!

Yes you can drive a private vehicle across land border with CoPR

As the previous answer.... You can drive a private vehicle across land border (doesn't have to be yours). You can not go by any commercial like plane, bus, train etc. It has to be private vehicle only.
