Hello Sanjana,

Please find my comments below.

1) You would complete your landing formalities at Toronto airport, there is a separate designated area for the new immigrants. You would be asked to show your passports, COPR (both copies) etc. in case you are travelling to any other province they might ask for your connecting flight boarding passes.
2) You just need to fill an immigration form and declare any cash over 10000 CAD.
3) You can apply for the PR card at a later stage, they will give you a form to fill and fax to them once you have identified a place stay. But do remember to get your Social Insurance Number from the airport itself from Service Canada which is located in the same area..
4) It totally depend on the rush but should keep a buffer to 1-2 hours.
Hi
How much is the maximum cash limit to carry for a family of 3 members?

First of all brother u have to send reminder mail to NDVO regarding your file process. If nothing will happen then its fine.wait for medical expiration. On the medical exipired day you will have to send mail to NDVO about same. Within 3 days they will give u remedical forms and instructions. Go to the doctor as soon as possible and get it done. After medical you will get PPR within 15 days for sure. So be positive. Such cases happen in NDVO. But one thing is sure that u will get Visa.
All the best brother.
hello when you submit remedical got ppr mail as soon as possible.

It's not a thumb rule, but normally people get PPR within a month or max two after Re-medical is cleared. However, it's not a necessary rule as I said.

Wow, Congrats !

But that's so strange for them to not deal with the technical glitch at their end and expect you to relocate in seven days ! Unless your passport or medical is expiring by the 10th of this month !

Not sure you will get your passport back from VFS before the 10th, that's hardly five working days !

Good Luck !

Hi All,

Has anyone got any ADR after medical passed?

Can you point me to where I can read more about this please ? Is this specific to your country or all countries ?
Hi friend, my post is based on my personal experienced. The letter I received required a 12 month passport validity. I am not sure it that applies to all. Even my consultant was surprised by that. By the way I am from the Philppines.

By the way... We have submitted our passports at vfsglobal here in manila last Aug 31, the same day my new passport waa released
