I thought that GCMS notes is only for inland applicants, whether outland applicants can also apply for this,we can pay through by using our debit card.

sir i did not any knowledge about GCMS, it is beneficial for normal pnp outland applicant

I have heard this as well. Have ordered GCMS notes twice so far but didnt work status is still the same
