Actually wo log bahut kaamchor hai. Thoda sa kaam karne me thak jaate hai. Now they are resting. When fatigue erupts, they will work again.

i had the same issue because my email was not supportive...i send my RPRF receipt through cic web form and hard copy with covering letter through courier... finally got linked.

Where are you from? I think you are an inland applicant. If that's right, then it's normal.
