POST MEDICAL APPLICANTS - Waiting for VISA

I have learned from CIC site that I have to show Rs. 15 lacs extra for my wife's emergency medical treatment, for 5 years period. Eccessive medical case. This is called imitate plan. They don't provide free medical facility. Then every thing will be okay. And with the grace of God I am able.
But I didn't receive any information yet from Immigration people end.

Question 1 : Is this BG similar for all?

Question 2 : how to check Right of Permanent Residence Fees (RPRF) received by NDVO?? I have send the receipt to NDVO already but no updates on acceptance of RPRF

I have got an email from NDVO about my wife's medical case. They have instructed to go to a panel physician again and and do some special cardiac tests. That tests have been mentioned in their e-medical file, only for panel physicians.
