Since I'm in Toronto I could vouch for the ones available here. Most importantly the ones which r respectable in the market. However, as I see, quite a few of them have branches in other provinces as well - including BC.

Yes i am aware of that I was told there are agencies in BC that shoulder half of the registration fee and english test fee and other fees that comes with the registration, but you will be tied for 1-2 years with them. so im hoping that there are also agencies lioke that in Ontario, you, know for comparison's sake
