Hello experts

I am confused about how to add one of my work experiences.
I worked for a company in Canada from Jan 2021 to Oct 2021. I worked partially from outside Canada from Jan 2021 to July 2021 and from July 2021 to Oct 2021 from within Canada. Now, how should i add it in my work experience section? Should i just say from Jan to Oct with country as Canada or should i have it as 2 entries? Also, in the personal activity section should it split it up into 2 entries? what should i answer for this questions "which city did the activity took place?", should i mention the city from where i was working remotely or the city where the company is located? My experience letter doesn't mention where i was working from it just says i was employed from Jan 2021 to Oct 2021.

I also don't want to claim points for this job since it's a bit confusing and it doesn't increase my CRS, can i remove it from my work history section and just put in the personal activity section Post-ITA?

If you don't claim any points, do not mention. For the address, they ask both company's address and yours seperately. you can mention if it is a remote job while filling out the table

Thanks! So i can remove the job from my work history post-ita and just mention it in personal activity? Its not considered a misrepresentation? Correct?
Also, I haven’t seen the place in my application where they ask for companys address and my address? Can you guide me where it is?
 
I did like that and got approval. when filling out the forms it asks for personal address history and when filling out for the job history, it asks where the job is located. it's been a while since I filled it out, can't specify exactly :')
