I have only traveled to Canada and first time was in 2014 for post-grad, got PGWP in 2015 that ended in 2016 August. Do I just add one entry there from 2014 to 2016? Or do I add two entries with two different "purpose of travel" descriptions? Confused with this one, please help. Thank you.

travel history is all the trips made out of your country of origin, has to match your passport stamps. if you stayed from 2014 til 2016 in canada the whole time then you will put that for your travel history
in personal history you will detail what you actually did and the timeline

I am currently residing in India. And In my stay from 2014 to 2016 in Canada (one for education and then got PGWP), I had made two trips to India (for a fortnight) at two separate times.

Canada was your country of residence when you were studying and working in Canada, and India is your country of origin. Trips between these countries do not need to be reported.

Having said that, there is no harm in doing it. If you do, make sure you report them as individual trips, e.g.:

1. Indian to Canada, purpose: travel to Canada to study

2. Canada to India and return, purpose: visit family in India

3. Canada to India and return, purpose: visit family in India

4. Canada to India: return after expiry of PGWP
Perfect! Thank you very much for this reply!

Hi, I was wondering if I should input the time when I came to Canada as a Visitor in 2013.

Timeline:
2013: visit in Canada (Visitor Visa )
2015: Went to Canada under a study permit
2017: living in Canada under PGWP

So because I wasn't living in Canada at that time should I input that information on the travel history?
