Just got ita on oct 2 under cec inland.

i had made an express entry profile in july this year and didnt registered at job bank. Needless to say, my profile became ineligible after 30 days. let say the application number was 1111.

i started a new one in end of august. one of the question was: "has x applied for express entry before?" i answered yes and wrote previous application number 1111 in the blank.

lets say the new express entry application number is 2222.

i got an ita yesterday and there is a question in the post ita application details "has x applied PR before"? which was marked as yes and another question "please provide pr file number" and in that blank 1111 was already filled out there.

my question is should i leave it like this and hit sumbit or change it to no.

i mean, technically i have applied to ee for pr before which was ineligible.

As per my knowledge unless you get the ITA and submit the application it is not counted as you application (I mean just creating a EE profile is not counte as PR application)..... so your answer in application number two should be - "has x applied PR before" --> NO

Hi, guys
I just received an ITA on oct 2nd and when i was looking
On the documents to submit they asked me for "job offer"
And a "letter of employment " my employer gave me the letter of employment only
I'm a pgwp holder so they just hired me base on my work permit.
I wanted to know the difference between a job offer and the letter of employment.
+ what mean "TBD"(I saw it on the document list when i click on the help button beside the document )
Thanks

TBD probably means 'To be decided'.

As you don't have an LMIA supported job offer, answer No to the question 'Do you have a valid job offer' and you will see the extra documentation requirement disappear.

Thanks man!!!

Hi Asivad
I just got another question

They are asking me for th "Proof of relationship"
I don't understand what they're looking for ?

Hello everyone,

I received an ITA in September draw. While filling the education details in my EE profile, I entered the rough estimate of education dates.
I am in India and there is no such official semester start and end dates. I entered correct years but date and month are not that accurate.
Now I am confused that should I continue with this ITA.

Also end date of the graduation means the last day of the semester/year OR the examination day OR the day when we receive our examination marksheet.

Does this dates have to be accurate or I am taking it too seriously?

Any help is appreciated,

Best Regards,

OMSAIOM

You've probably mentioned a Canadian citizen or PR as relative in your application.

You're overthinking this.

Just provide the best and closest approximation for the start and end months. Start month is when you started classes and end month is when you had your final exams for the last term of that particular course.

Proof of relationship is when you have mentioned some relatives in Canada. So you need to give evidence to CIC how you are related to him/her

Hi

I have the score of 385 CRS. Will CIC reduce the cut off to 385 in future. What are the chances and how much time it may take.
Can I wait or quit?? I dont have chances to increase the score.
Please suggest friends.

Unfortunately, that score is never expected to get an ITA. Immigration policies will have to wildly change for cutoff to drop even below 420s.

Why quit? Whats your ielts score? Whats your highest education?

Why quit? You can always try for a Provincial Nomination next year. If you get one you get 600 points.
