"POST ITA - Passport Re-issued during e-APR submission"

Hi

Due to changes in personal particulars specifically, addition of spouse name in passport is to be done as the authorities are not issuing PCC without adding Spouse name in Passport.

Hence, I've applied for Tatkaal passport...

Kindly clear my doubts, if seniors have seen any case or experienced that...

1. Medicals done : Old Passport details mentioned
2. IELTS : Old Passport details mentioned
3. Passport : New Passport
4. PCC : New Passport

In that case, I understand that:

1. I need to update the same in my profile before final submission of docs...?
2. I need to upload copies of both passports under Travel documents link....?
3. Letter of Explanation stating the reason for re-issue of passport as "Updation of Spouse name in passport"...?

Do I need to get any other thing done before final submission or any problem which I should cater before submission of e-APR.

I think you have covered all the points. Looks fine.
PCCs from different countries, IELTS result and medicals having old passport# does not have any impact.
