Post-ITA No ECA

Sorry to bother you @Peacekeeper87 again.. New situation has come up. This time, I was able to manage my wife's institution to respond to WES query and now her ECA is In Progress state

Situation before spouse's WES evaluation and when I got OINP invitation:

• Spouse Degree: Master's Degree (entered while creating EE profile)
• Point Awarded: 10 points
• CRS Score: 351 points
• CRS score range with which OINP was issues: 350-439 (see the below link)

Situation now after spouse's degree evaluation by WES:

• Spouse Degree: Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees with one program of three or more years
• Point Awarded: 9 points
• CRS Score: 350 points
• CRS score range with which OINP was issues: 350-439 (see the below link)

Now, Question:
Would there be any issue while approving my PR application as my original score reduced by 1 point (still in OINP range for invitation)?
Or
CIC would consider it as matter of misrepresentation of information and reject the application?

How do you know it's going to be two or more degrees now if the evaluation is still in progress?

I checked on WES Degree Evaluation Tool. It gives exact depiction how your final WES result would look like if successful. I submitted my application and got AOR yesterday. Now finger crossed !!! Let’s see what happens. But I will keep you posted if there is any progress. Thanks once again for your support and time.

Hi @[B]DelPiero07[/B]- I have my spouse's ECA with me and also mark sheets available. But as I got invitation under CRS#75, I really do not need those points and want to remove it while filling my e-APR to reduce documentation/uploads?
Even, if I remove this I will be above that particular draw score(which was 75). Doing this would raise any issue, as I had shown those points during my EE. What could be the LOE if removing? Thank you!

I had also received ITA on Feb 13th for CRS 75. In my case, I never had a ECA for my wife. I am considering writing a letter saying that I have not received any points for her education.
