Hi members,
While updating the language test section Post ITA, I am receiving the below onscreen message
Canada's official languages are English and French.
Can XXX communicate in English and/or French? Help
Has XXX taken an approved language test to assess their French skills?
The answer to the my first question is 'Yes', however, the answer to my second question is 'No' but when I do the same, all my IELTS test details go blank, infact all fields are removed from the screen. When I select 'Yes' as answer to the second question, then the system allows me to update IELTS test scores. (Also the only option it reflects to update scores are of IELTS or CELIP and not TEF which I believe is the recognized French test).
Has anyone else come across the same issue? is this a system glitch and I should proceed by answering 'YES' to the second question?
Thanks in advance.
