CIC websites states the following for payment after getting ITA

3. Pay your fees

You will have to pay:

a) The processing fee for you and your family members.

When you apply, you need to pay for everyone who will come to Canada with you on your application.

You must pay these fees online through your MyCIC account using a credit card

Usually its not possible to pay such amount through credit card. Is there any other way?

Feedback from guys who have gone through this process will be appreciated.

There is no other option. The credit card need not belong to the applicant, you can use anyone's card to make the payment. You can also choose to pay the RPRF component later to split up the amount.

What if there's no internet facility available? EE is completely online. Are you a glass half-empty personality?

I had to split my 2 fees as I have a $1,000 limit on my card. I just paid my Right to Permanent Residency Fee and there is an option to pay directly from your bank account, so as long as you have the money in your current account you should be fine!

What landing fee?

No to partial payments, you're meant to have sufficient funds to cover your PR application and Right to Permanent Residence Fee.

You can select the option to only pay visa fees when you submit your application and pay RPRF later when CIC asks.

With regards to the limits on your credit card, you can always call your bank for a temporary credit limit increase.

Checked with my bank.. With temporary extra credit, the maximum payment will only be 650 CAD per day..
