I just need some confirmation regarding the document list Post ITA which I am going to be attaching.

1) Passport: Page with personal details and last page with address information. Didn't include the first page which shows "Republic of India logo with psk officer signature"

2) Digital photograph: scanned as per the instructions displayed.

3) Medicals: attached only the e-medical confirmation (sheet with the digital photograph) given to me after the tests are done. Didn't include the hospital outpatient bill.

4) PCC: attached the form which was given to me by passport Seva Kendra.

5) Job proof: Attaching reference letter, last promotion letter, most recent payslip, and an entity change letter given to me by my employer 3 months back. (Not sure if anything else needs to be included). My reference letter does have everything as per instructions but it only mentions my current role/responsibilities. My employer refused to include the previous position before promotion roles/responsibilities. It does have my current annual package information though.

6) Proof of funds: Included Bank letter showing available balance both in INR and CAD and account information, also a gift deed, also a gift letter in the LOE explaining the source of funds received as a gift and lastly, 1-month bank statement of my savings account which has the funds. (I heard it is not required to provide a statement for past 6 months if it's a gift)

7) Education: Wes ECA, Masters mark sheet (consolidated single sheet), bachelor's mark sheet (consolidated single sheet), IELTS. Didn't include mark sheet per semester/year (because some of em are missing)

Just need confirmation whether everything is included or am I missing out something?

Please, someone, check and let me know if it's good to go. Thanks in advance.

Hey,

You need to scan all the pages of the passport not just the first and last page.
You cannot scan and upload the Digital photo, You can request the photographer to send you a soft copy of the picture.
You still need to provide 6 months bank statement and in the LOE explain about the gift deed.

Hey, Thanks a lot for your reply.
1) There is no travel history in my passport, do I still need to scan all the empty pages?
2) As you said. I'll request the photographer to send me a soft copy and will upload that as an image format. Usual passport size photo works right?
3) Okay. I will provide the 6 months bank statement for the savings account which holds the funds.

Another quick question. If they are any huge credits to the savings account, explaining in the letter should be fine or I need to provide some proofs to support that statement? Also, transactions of what amount falls under the explanation category?

1) Yes even though there is no history you still need to scan the whole passport
2)They have specifications, Look for photo specifications in the CIC website

Not sure about the credits.
