Hi,
I have one query regarding work experience of my spouse who is secondary applicant.
I have added work experience of my spouse in work history in EE. Howerver, post-ITA I realized that her work history has no any contribution to CRS score. So, my query is should I delete her experience from work history and moved to personal history or is it ok to keep it as such in work history and add LOE that "her work experience has no any contribution to CRS?
Your suggestions are highly appreciated.

Regards
Aman

I don't think there is any harm in keeping the experience letter in. The officer will most likely figure out that the letter has no value as you are not claiming any points for it. That being said, once you move it to personal history you will not be asked to upload any supporting documentation for the same. So, it is your choice really.

I would recommend you remove this letter to save your processing time (and officer's time) but you need to explain it in the LOE since this is post-ITA change.

Dear Prisonmike,
Thank you very much for your reply. Your suggestion is really helpful.
I have just one more query. My spouse has only experience certificate (in which only her job title and time period is mentioned) but no reference letter as required by CIC since its hard to secure the one from her previous employer. So, is it ok to keep her experience in work history and attaching just the experience certificate as proof of her employment. Will it suffice?

If it is not on a company letter head then it is better to remove it and put it under personal history. It will save everyones time as pointed out by Shomaro above.
