Was just about to submit my application after gathering all the documents. As I was checking all the information in the profile for the zillionth time, noticed that out of nowhere my family information disappeared. When I exited that section it started to show as "In progress" meaning not complete.
Then the same thing happened with contact information. I am now afraid to view anything else, since it seams that as soon as I view something, it disappears.

Feeling rage at this moment is an understatement. Has anyone else had problem with this?

even I had the problem .. taken all snapshots for 1000 times , evaen after that it happened .
The solution to this is,


On the day you want to submit the application .. Open a fresh browser, check page by page , take snapshots , pay the fees and submit ..
All this has to be done on same day just before submitting the application . Donot logout and log in again and again .Just log in once and do all the work and hit ssubmit button ..

in this way , you can be safe.

Does the information I do not view stay intact?

In other words, can I just retype the lost information and proceed with the payment, and be confident that other sections marked complete remained intact?
 
Your wish . if you are confident do as you say .
if i were you , i will do one final review in one pass before submit.
 
I am unable to enter all the data. Once I enter telephone type and Country/territory, there is nowhere to put the actual phone number. I'm able to proceed further, but section shows an incomplete.

The same thing happens with address history. Is this your current address? - NO, but nowhere to enter end dates...

Has this happened to you?
 
looks like some browser issues . what one you are using ?
I initially had a browser issue and then tried Internet explorer , it was fine .
 
Installed Mozilla Firefox, worked beautifully. Just received AOR, no problems at all.

Never using Chrome again :D
 
Been facing this issue on Chrome too. Annoying as hell and a complete waste of time. Thought it was a browser issue but similar thing happened when using Microsoft Edge or whatever that IE+ browser packaged with Windows 10 is called. Haven't tried Firefox or the flagship IE yet.
