Some confirmation/advice neede don a few points
- I had mentioned that my last name at some point was transliterated differently (IELTS has that version along with my previous passport). I answered yes to "Has this person ever used any other name?" Is that correct or should I say no and explain that my last name had been spelt differently in an LOE?
- We had applied previously with my husband as a primary application (EE only, no ITA) The application now has been withdrawn. Should we answer yes to his section of: "Has X applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?"
- At some point I lived in my college dorms back in the past 10 years, should I mention that or no need as it was temporary?
- Will the height and eye color be decided during the medical?
- In "if applicable, X's family members taken any trips outside their country of origin" I won't be mentioning my husband's travel history as he also has his own section as an accompanying spouse (same case as the family members list) Is that correct?
- My parents will assist with the remaining POF amount. Their accounts are also in my name as a joint person. Should I consider that to be a gift deed or will it be fine since I am an account holder of the TO and FROM bank accounts?
