Some confirmation/advice neede don a few points
1- I had mentioned that my last name at some point was transliterated differently (IELTS has that version along with my previous passport). I answered yes to "Has this person ever used any other name?" Is that correct or should I say no and explain that my last name had been spelt differently in an LOE?

2- We had applied previously with my husband as a primary application (EE only, no ITA) The application now has been withdrawn. Should we answer yes to his section of: "Has X applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?"

3- At some point I lived in my college dorms back in the past 10 years, should I mention that or no need as it was temporary?

4- Will the height and eye color be decided during the medical?

5- In "if applicable, X's family members taken any trips outside their country of origin" I won't be mentioning my husband's travel history as he also has his own section as an accompanying spouse (same case as the family members list) Is that correct?

6- My parents will assist with the remaining POF amount. Their accounts are also in my name as a joint person. Should I consider that to be a gift deed or will it be fine since I am an account holder of the TO and FROM bank accounts?

Hi,

1) I would answer NO,is this was not an official name, just an error. Then i would explain in my LOE. You could also just get the IELTS certificate corrected.
2) Answer NO. Entering the pool is not an application, its just an expression of interest, so you have never applied.
3) It depends on how long you stayed there. If it was for less than six months I would not include it.
4) Height - Yes, Eye colour - No (ask you spouse lol).
5) Correct
6) A joint account with anyone that is not your spouse is not acceptable. Get a gift deed and transfer those fund to the account with the rest of the required funds.

All the best
