if as international student you were part-time for 1 yr due to academic difficluty (the senior tutor wrote a letter explaining her suggestion of why par time status was suggested or needed on students file at the university) when applying for post graduate work permit would CIC still deny the application saying the person was part time for that period of study in their second yr, eventhough the person completed the 4 yr degree though with the first, third and 4th yr full time? plz respond urgent.

Actually, if you look at the application; immigration doesn't ask for your transcripts. If you already graduated you have to apply within 90 days and you can send the letter the registrars office sent you confirming that you had completed your degree. If you don't have this letter and are still within the 90 day limit you can ask for a copy of it. If the immigration officer never sees your transcript how could he know if you were part-time? I had the same situation and got my work permit last week. Best of luck!

@ karla thanks i dont know if i will be in 90 days period as i finish end of july and the student visa is up end of august but i think i should still get the permit. yes i am on track with the degree completion so I will get my letter form the registrar no problem with that. thanks much.
