Post Graduation work permit

I have applied to extend my study permit, now can I apply for my pgwp?. If I can, then can I work full time?. My study permit expired on Nov 16,2019 and I had applied for an extension on September 24,2019. However I have graduated on Dec 23,2019. I am very worried about my current situation, as I have already got a job offer, and they are asking me to join on January 2, 2020. Please help with more information.

Yes you can start working as soon as you apply for PGWP.

Thanks brother, in this case, what should be the expiry date of my study permit? I am confused because my study permit expired on November 16,2019, but whenever I am trying to put it in the application form it's showing that the expiry date should be more than today.
