Hello Every

I know that students need one course of 2 years for 3 years work permit. But two courses of 1 year (8 months each) will lead to only 16 moths of work permit rather than 3 years?

I have heard this information. Is this right info??

Thank you in advance

The combined length of two courses must total more than 2 years to qualify for a 3 year PGWP. Any less then the PGWP would be issued based on the lesser total so if the course completion letter says 2 x 8 months then 16 months or 2x1 year then 2 years.

As stated in following link

Thank you for explaining.
But I've one doubt. Most of 1 year PG course are completed in 8 months. And the degree they provide at the end shows 1 year. Would it be considered as 1 year or 8 months?
