is there any chance that he/she may get a post graduation work permit refusal if they take two consecutive breaks in studies from january 1st 2014 to aug 31st 2014 and under which rule they may refuse....?and they also completed one more course which is more than 8 months afterwards.Thank you

Need to clarify exactly the periods attending courses as the rules clearly state must be in continuous education except where formal breaks are included such as summer break. There is a time limit as well for applying for a PGWP after graduation so for anyone to feedback the dates attending are needed.
