is there any chance that he/she may get a post graduation work permit refusal if they take two consecutive breaks in studies from january 1st 2014 to aug 31st 2014 in and under which rule....?and they also completed one more course which is more than 8 months afterwards.Thank you

Not sure anyone will understand your question. Are you saying the breaks or courses finished Aug 31 2014. When was the last course finished ? A PGWP has to be applied for within 90 days so if courses completed in 2014 those will not count in my view towards any PGWP. Need more information.

i took a break in the middle of the first course from jan 2014 to aug 2014 whereas i completed it in 2014 december.i did a 2nd course for 10months from february 2015 to dec 2015 and applied for pgwp on 15th jan 2016.
