Post Graduation Work Permit processing time...

Could you tell me if you've already received a post graduation work permit ?

I applied for PGWP on Mar 20th, 2013 and I haven't received any response yet. The current processing time on cic website is April 19, 2013, so it should be delivered, but not.

You should've received it by now. Have you checked your application status through the automated telephone system? And have you checked your CIC account online to see if there is any message from CIC? Usually they send you a message when they approve or refuse your application or if they need any documents.

Yes, I called CIC call centre and the automated telephone system just said my application was submitted on March 20th. There is no more additional message. Also my CIC account doesn't have any message.
I have been trying to reach a staff at the call centre, but it's always busy and I haven't been able to talk with them yet.

As you said, if I should've received it by now, I might have made a mistake of my application, so I'll keep on trying to call them.
