A reconsideration is not a fresh application. You are just going to raise a webform and explain the situation and ask for the same 3 years A fresh application is just another PGWP but with one approved already, I am not sure if a new PGWP application makes sense. As mentioned above, if you only studied for 1 year your permit probably is only going to be for 1 year. If your program was at least 8 months, but less than 2 years We may give you a PGWP that’s valid for up to the same length as your study program.
