Hi Guys,
I have just finished my 4 year engineering degree from UBC Vancouver. I want to apply for a Post Grad Work Permit.
Now I know that 'traditionally' the applications are sent to Vegreville, AB and are processed there and usually involves a 30 day waiting period. However, my friend who finished his engineering degree from McMaster in Hamilton said that he was able to apply in person at the Canadian Consulate in Buffalo - and that the waiting period was essentially 1 day!
I was wondering if the Canadian consulate in Seattle has any similar arrangements like that? I know that there is a work-permit application form that you fill in for applications processed outside of Canada, so my question is: Can I apply for a post-graduate work permit in Seattle?
Please let me know guys!
Sincerely,
apple86
