I apply in Canadian College Vancouver DLI num :019352621432 In international business management (post graduate certificate )
Will I get work permit from this college
As they said that this college is under st Lawrence College

No you will not, check the official list of any school you want to go to here and check the PGWP column

But the college said that you got certificate from st Lawrence College
That is sds college

That is not relevant, you dont apply for PGWP with a certificate.
You will apply with Canadian College DLI, completion letter & transcript so you wont get PGWP.
