Hi, I have just received my post graduate work permit from CIC and noticed it is valid only for 3 months from today.
I just graduated university (4 year program), which means I am supposed to receive 3 years of work permit. Am I right?
I am in panic now. Does anyone know how to deal with this problem?

When does your passport expire? The PGWP cannot be granted for a period longer than the validity of your passport.

Yeah, I checked the expiration date of my passport and it is valid until 2021.
