Post Graduate work permit

Hi,
Please give me advice for applying post grad work permit ,I completed my one year post graduation certificate program if I apply Post Graduation Work with the full time job letter and tell them I want to stay longer could it be possible that I could get 3 year Post Graduation Work permit ?.

All my friends who graduated from 8-12 months Master programs and applied with a full time permanent job offer (NOC A), got 3 year PGWPs.
So there is a good probability that you can get the same. But again there is no official rule about that.

Thanks,I call on this number but could not find any help ..........I guess its a risk to apply for post graduate work permit as I have full time job offer but my study program is one year and its a post rad certificate in human resources not equal master level ..........I dont want to pay 6,500 $ for 4 months that's why I am getting curious to apply or not to apply for post graduation work permit ........If you could find any help just let me know .
