Post graduate work permit question

Hi! I have seen people here who go to Canada for a PG diploma or a Master degree because they don't need a job offer to apply. (Correct me if I am not right)

But what if a student go for undergraduate studies? Will he be able to apply for a PGWP after he graduates without a job offer and LMO?

I can't really find anything on CIC requirements for PGWP. that's why I am asking.

Yes, if you graduated from one the listed schools you will be eligible for a PGWP. See: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/work-postgrad.asp
