Depending on where you are applying, processing times may be bleak.

The processing time is not accurate, it's 12 weeks from where I applied. However, it's been almost 6 months

I agree with that. I guess the processing time is a YMMV thing. Have you tried sending in a webform / contacting IRCC?

TEMPORARY RESIDENT STATUS MAINTAINED AS PER R183(6). POST GRADUATE EMPLOYMENT
. Few have 183(5) section. , why do i have 183(6)

As soon as your application is approved, your physical WP gets sent automatically, no need to request for it. In the meantime, you might receive an 'In Canada Approval Letter' in your GCKey account/portal until you receive the physical copy. In case you need to apply for a new TRV, you can apply for it by using the approval letter, no need to wait for the actual WP.
