Not if your file has been transferred to Etobicoke......apparently.A friend of mine applied on September 14th and got approval today morning. Hoping that they clear all September applicants before Christmas.

2 to 3 weeks seems to be the standard time to receive the permit hard copy. Unfortunately, nothing can be done to speed it up. You can only wait and hope for the best.I got approved on Nov 25, and the date in the approval letter is Nov 24.
But I'm still waiting for the original work permit mailing to me?
Do you know how long will it take to arrive?
I'm currently in an emergency to use it, what else can I do to speed it up?
Do we need the physical work permit to apply for the TRV from outside Canada? I heard we do not need the physical copy but only the email confirmation. Thanks.2 to 3 weeks seems to be the standard time to receive the permit hard copy. Unfortunately, nothing can be done to speed it up. You can only wait and hope for the best.
Someone please reply to my quire.Hi everyone, I applied for my PGWP on Sep 22nd. Just now when I opened my application, there is a mistake I found ( I mentioned "NO" for the question - Have you taken a test from a Designated agency to assess your proficiency in English or French? ) As I actually wrote IELTS before, Answer must be Yes. Will this affect my work permit? Do I need to raise a Web form for this? Thanks in advance
Am not sure what I answered on mine. But as you are applying for a PGWP which does not have a requirement for an English test, I don't think it should matter what you chose.Someone please reply to my quire.

Hey did you file an restoration application separate or just paid the fees ?Out of status! Hence, restoration and PGWP application together!
Hi FarzanHyder,Sep 7th !
HeyI and my friend applied on Sept 9. Review of eligibility started for both of us on Saturday. No response yet.
My lawyer filed the application on my behalf! So as far as I know, she did submit a restoration application as an attached package with PGWP application and paid fee as a whole too! How about you? It depends though, some choose to attach an application some don’t, in my case it was the former!Hey did you file an restoration application separate or just paid the fees ?
When i spoke to IRCC, the agent you guided me through asked me to pay the fees and attached the reciept with the Letter of Explanation when i submitted the pgwp application. But i wander they would accept that way. I am bit confused right now if i had to submit a separate application as the agent disnt ask me too. The mail which i have got from him states that and thats how i did it.My lawyer filed the application on my behalf! How do you know that eligibility review has started? What changes in the application?I am in the same boat as you, applied on 28 august , eligibility review started on 4 dec and on same day file transferred to etobicoke.
I am worried so much coz' my all friends who applied after me got their pgwp's.
In your GCKey account, if you view your application status, the Review of eligibility section will change from "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility." to something like "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements."How do you know that eligibility review has started? If I were you, I wouldn’t worry about it! Most people do it your way because it’s less complicated! My lawyer took the unusual route but I know a few that did it the easier way by attaching just the receipt and had no detriment to their applications and have their permits now! When i spoke to IRCC, the agent you guided me through asked me to pay the fees and attached the reciept with the Letter of Explanation when i submitted the pgwp application.
