You may have to apply for TRV to come back. Permits and Visas are two different applications.
Applied on June 7, Eligibility review started today and now showing approved. I am yet to receive an email from CIC.
I applied along with my husband (visitor visa) and children, they approved the application for my kids but the husband's application is still as is. It's showing submitted, no changes yet. Can someone please explain?

Applied May 15th. eligibility review started today!
Applied on June 16, Approved today for 3 years.
Yet to receive email from CIC.
No Biometrics, Inland from QC.

yeah... wonder if they are really processing those cases... Applied on May 27, no update yet :'(
How do you know it starts? Does it say eligibility review starts on Nov 2 or it's just "we are reviewing your eligibility..."?
